My obsession with lamb shoulder (and cooking with booze) continues….

…with ale braised lamb shoulder ragout, pappardelle, and gremolata.

  1. Oh, it looks fantastic! I love lamb and pappardelle. As to twine I have a theory. I bought a cone about ten years ago and cover it with a plastic bag. When all the linen twine is gone I will be as well. I’ve another 30 years to go so keep bringing on these recipes!
