About my Little House in Queens:

Because there is more to life than cooking (yes, it’s true), I have started a sister blog called Little House in Queens.  I am very excited about this new blog as it will give me a chance to also write about things happening outside of the kitchen. The focus is wider and slightly different than this one.  It is more about life on the outskirts of New York City, and efforts to live a more frugal and self-sufficient life.  The aim is to post about do-it-yourself projects for the kitchen, home, and garden, and posts about some of the great and not so great things about life in Queens.
